Free Shipping is available for most of our products, which include: cake toppers, digital files (sent via email), laser cut names (10 names), wood cut out cake toppers. Shipping fees (where applicable) will be automatically applied at checkout based on weight of the product.

Return Policy
Since our products are mostly custom or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Before shipment is prepared, we will send you a proof of the finished product so you know what to expect. Please let us know of any changes before shipment, this way we can guarantee your satisfaction before it leaves our hands *We are able to accomodate most changes or modifications within reason.
